I offer therapy for teens, adults, and elders virtually and in-person outdoors in Central VT. I work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, with a special focus on queer and trans people and those who love them. I provide support for clients in navigating depression, anxiety, codependence, relationship issues, self-esteem, perfectionism, grief, life transitions, and identity exploration. I integrate elements of many therapeutic approaches including CBT, self-compassion, ACT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused brief therapy, mindfulness, somatic practice, and parts work. Our sessions are a collaborative process to support you in connecting with yourself and your needs more deeply.
