I am a trauma-informed therapist. This means that I’m committed to helping my clients explore personal events that have had a negative or outsized impact on the rest of their lives. I have experience working with a wide array of conditions, including PTSD, depression, and chronic pain. Where there is hope, there is possibility.
As a trans-affirming member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I value my clients as individuals with a range of different experiences. Diversity and empowerment are particularly important to me. I practice under the assumption that you are unique and uniquely strong, and I look forward to working with you as you build self-worth and self-love.
