“Living an authentic and meaningful life is a basic human aspiration. We all have the potential to become happier more fulfilled human beings. Developing the skills to look within gives us the awareness and strength to confront suffering and experience life fully. From a client centered perspective I treat people struggling to cope with loss, anxiety, trauma and psychotic disorders. Existential psychotherapy combined with yogic techniques form the foundation of my practice. I believe in supporting clients as the source of their healing process while simultaneously encouraging personal growth. Yoga postures, meditation, creative writing and art are used in session as a means of therapeutic self discovery. Individual yoga and meditation practice are designed specifically for interested clients. I practice with a sociopolitical awareness while working with symbolic image found in the visual arts and creative written/spoken narrative as a means of healing.”
