I’ve been a practicing therapist for over a decade, and in that time I’ve found my passions in helping people who are gender diverse, who are pregnant or parenting, and who are experiencing what other people may see as intense emotions. I know how uncomfortable it is to come to therapy and lay it all out, and I know by the time you’re ready to take that step, you’ve been hurting for a while, so I want therapy to be a warm, affirming, and even fun place for you to be yourself and share. I encourage all clients to come into each session with a goal for what they want to change or improve, and we finish with a plan for how you can implement our work in your daily life, so you can get the most value out of our time together. I love all of the work I do, but my favorite part of my job is providing gender-affirming care letters.
