At FormKind Health, I believe everyone deserves healthcare where they feel respected, heard, and safe being themselves. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where patients can access high-quality, evidence-based care without unnecessary barriers.
I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of clinical experience and a PhD whose doctoral research focused on the medical care of transgender individuals. My research, combined with years of caring for LGBTQ+ patients, has strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based, gender-affirming care that is rooted in current clinical guidelines and centered on each person’s unique goals.
I provide gender-affirming hormone therapy using an informed consent model, along with PrEP, sexual health services, virtual urgent care, and general wellness support. I believe healthcare works best when patients are active partners in their care, and I strive to ensure every individual feels informed, empowered, and supported throughout their healthcare journey.
