“Our complicated world can challenge us in ways that feel overloading. Work burdens, life and family changes, technology demands, money problems etc., can lead to depression, anxiety, sleep issues that diminish our potential, strengths and optimal functioning. A history of trauma presents a much more difficult challenge. These stressors trigger patterns of negative thinking made worse by difficult emotions and keep us from moving forward. They can cause us to feel stuck and not enjoying life as well as we could.
I have been honored to help clients coping with a wide variety of problems from different ethnic, religious, educational, sexual orientation, military and economic backgrounds since 1984. My experiences, formal and ongoing trainings have included Supportive, Cognitive Processing, Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapies.
My focus is to provide you with a confidential, safe, supportive, uncomplicated professional connection so that you can work towards reaching your goals.”
