I earned my Masters in Social Work from UVM with an emphasis on transformative practice. My background is in queer and feminist theory, and social justice leadership. My approach incorporates systems-thinking, social construction, attachment theory, somatics, and is deeply collaborative and strengths-based. I am a trained yoga practitioner with experience in mindfulness practices. The work I’ve done investigates the way that power shows up in our lives and in the language we use. By better understanding the ways in which power is constructed, we can begin to more confidently tap into our own.
