This pilot program is done in collaboration with the Vermont Department of Health, which means that we will need to collect some personal information from you before receiving your HIV self test kit. All personal health information will be kept confidential, as both our survey services and data storage are HIPPA compliant and encrypted.

In your package, you should expect to find your HIV self test kit, Health & Wellness swag, and informational pamphlets on PrEP, STIs, & more.
