New Application Process for 2025

Due to the rapid growth of both the Parade and Festival in recent years, and the limited capacity of our parade route and festival site, we have made some changes to our parade & festival participation process. If you want to participate in the Pride Vermont 2025 Parade, please complete the application below. Application deadline is July 31, 2025.

Parade Participants and Festival Vendors will be selected by the Pride Committee, based on factors including group/organization size, values alignment, prior history, and more.

Submitting an application does not guarantee participation in either the Parade or Festival, and slots will not be assigned on a first-come first serve basis.
