Vermont Pride Week Queer Ecstatic Dance

Join us to celebrate Pride Week on Wednesday, September 14th from 7 to 9 PM at Nataraja Studios, 215 College Street, Burlington – 3rd floor (near the corner of College St. & South Winooski Ave.) for a Queer Ecstatic Dance with DJ Quinn Ila!

All LGBTQIA+, questioning, and allied folks aged 16 and up are welcome. $0-$10 sliding scale; any extra proceeds go to the Pride Center of Vermont. Space limited to the first 30 dancers. Please arrive between 6:45 and 7:00. Sorry, no spectators!

Ecstatic dance is a joyous, non-performative dance practice where you move as you like, connecting with yourself, the world, the music, and (if you wish) other dancers. No partner or prior dance experience are needed, and we’ll provide a short orientation. We recommend barefoot dancing, or you can bring clean, non-marking, indoor-only shoes.
