Trans Day of Remembrance (TDOR)

Join us this year on the Vermont State House lawn for Trans Day of Remembrance, where we will honor and hold the trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming folks who have lost their lives to violence this year.

4 – 6 pm: Vermont State House Lawn (115 State St, Montpelier, VT 05633) // On the State House Lawn we will read the names of the trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming individuals who have lost their lives to violence this year. There will also be community space at the mic for some words, music, poetry etc.

6 – 8 pm: Fox Market and Bar (3070 U.S. Rte 2, East Montpelier, VT 05651) // After gathering on the State House lawn we will head over to Fox Market and Bar for anyone who wants to continue being in community with one another and have a space dedicated to trans joy and resilience.
