Join us for a Free Monthly Somatic Pop-up Clinic at Rainbow Bridge Community Center in Barre, VT.  November 5th, first Tuesday of every Month!  Clinic is from 11-5 at 81 N. Main St Barre.

Body-based practices for stabilization and support inside of unstable times.

Chris offers up accompaniment for deep, internal listening and gentle guidance to move what no longer serves you while freeing up more attention and energy for resiliency and possibility.

Honoring all bodies and experiences and centering those impacted by the floods and other disasters, folks experiencing poverty, queer, trans and racialized bodies, care workers and organizers.
