SafeSpace Anti-Violence Program’s Rural Provider Education Series
September 10 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until September 24, 2024
This series is designed for rural community support organizations to spend time with colleagues from across rural Vermont working toward increased support and access for rural LGBTQ+ survivors of sexual violence, intimate partner violence, dating violence, or stalking. This series is free for rural organizations, from healthcare to social services to community organizing bodies to emergency services. This series is facilitated by SafeSpace Anti-Violence Program’s Rural Advocacy Coordinator Eva Westheimer, with co-facilitation support by the fabulous SafeSpace team.
This series runs Tuesdays throughout the month of September on zoom. The weekly installments can be attended individually or in a small group of your staff. We suggest attending in pairs or trios for most impact, though individuals are welcome.
