Rainbow Ashes to Go

Rev. James L. Mills, Sr. and the members of First Congregational Church of Fair Haven invite
you to the first annual rainbow ashes to go. FHUCC intentionally extends hands of love and
friendship to those who society has placed at the margins of existence. All too often, our LGBTQ
siblings have been cast as the enemy of God and faith. FCC believes all of God’s children belong
at the Lord’s table. This Ash Wednesday will add rainbow glitter to the ashes as a sign of full
inclusion.

Safety protocols:
Strict masking and sanitizing guidelines will be in effect. Once participants arrive, they will stay
in their vehicle to receive ashes and a blessing either by the pastor or self-administered.
