Queer Witchcraft Series: Witchcraft for the Broke and Spoonless
January 18, 2023 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Spirituality is an important part of the human experience. It shouldn’t be kept out of reach of those who are poor, chronically ill, disabled, or sick of organized religion. This program will focus on integrating spirituality into the everyday life of someone who doesn’t necessarily have any extra money or energy to spend. Learn practical spirituality to boost day-to-day quality of life and mental health in ways that are not cute or aesthetic, but functional and nourishing, and aren’t huge sinks of time, energy, or money themselves. No experience required, open to all faiths and world views, including skeptics and atheists.
About the event organizer: Sydney (they/them) is a practicing witch and a member of the LGBT+ community. They are passionate about mental health, and are diagnosed with several disorders, including ADHD. Sydney believes in accommodating for all levels of ability and identity, both for everyone in public spaces, and for ourselves in our own homes and lives.
**This event is not hosted by the Pride Center of Vermont. This is a community-organized event**
