LGBTQIA++ hikers and allies will gather for an afternoon hike filled with spring ephemeral wildflowers, views of Lake Champlain, and the songs of new spring migrant birds at Red Rocks Park in South Burlington. This easy, accessible loop meanders along the lake and through wetlands, and forests. Red Rocks Park is known for its spectacular rocky ledges and viewpoints.

Pride Hikes are a collaboration between Audubon Vermont, the Pride Center of Vermont, and Outright Vermont.  Pride Hikes have been happening every month since June of 2018 and go beyond being “welcoming to everyone” to creating a safe, affirming space for LGBTQIA++ community members.

All ages, allies, and families welcome! Youth under 18 should be accompanied by an adult.

Trail/accessibility information: Our walk will be at an easy pace and will cover up to 2 miles. We are very flexible about the trails we choose based upon the needs of the group – there are plenty of options for the length, direction, and difficulty of our adventure.
