NEW DATE! Pride Hikes: Vermont Youth Conservation Corps (VYCC)

DATE CHANGED: Due to the forecast for extreme heat index and the chance of thunderstorms we’re moving May’s Pride Hike to SATURDAY, MAY 28, 1-3 pm.

Co-hosted by Audubon Vermont, Pride Center of Vermont, Outright Vermont, and VYCC. LGBTQIA++ hikers (and birders) are gathering for a spring outing at Vermont Youth Conservation Corps (VYCC). VYCC’s 400+ acre campus is a combination of many things – conserved forests, organic vegetable farm, and training space for hundreds of Corps Members. The trails take you through our farm, up to a ridge, then across the property and back down again. You’ll see lots of interesting trail work, including stone stairs, bridges, and drainage structures, that have been built over many years by many Corps Members.

All ages, allies, and families welcome! Youth under 18 years should be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
