The fine folks at Poppy Cafe & Market in Burlington’s ONE are giving back to the LGBTQ+ community for our next Pride Eats event.
We have partnered with Poppy to create a sandwich called “The Joy” which is a rainbow stack of deliciousness: egg, kimchi, gochujang aioli, pickled ginger, carrot and radish, cucumber, zucchini and sesame salad, and arugula on focaccia. 10% of sales will go to the Pride Center of Vermont.
The Joy will be available April 26 – May 6 during lunch hours.
