Mental Wellness Provider Panel and Mixer

Join UVM Health Network, local mental wellness providers, and the Pride Center’s Health & Wellness team for a panel discussion with mental wellness providers serving our VT TQIA2SLGB+ communities.  The event will be held at Pride Center of VT with light food.

There will also be a zoom join in option, see the QR code on the bottom of the poster to join the call.  When you connect to the zoom call you will see messages that this is a telehealth appt and will be saved in MyChart.  This is a standard UVM medical center message and this is NOT a telehealth appt nor will it get recorded in MyChart.  Contact kell with questions.
