Essex Pride

The day begins at NOON with a walking parade from the entrance of Maple Street Park down to the Festival field. We’ll kick off the Festival with Vermont’s chapter of Drag Story Hour, and an afternoon filled with performances by local artists and musicians and activities for folks of all ages. Throughout the day, there will be vendors and local organizations, as well as a community art activity that we invite everyone to contribute to. We’ll begin and end the event with a joyful and celebratory dance party.
