Dance Playgrounds with Alex

Alex teaches an open level improvisational dance class called Dance Playgrounds. This class is a LGBTQIA+ safe and celebratory space led by a queer person. Though it is not exclusively a LGBTQIA+ class, dance playgrounds encourages comfort, safety and power in our bodies. Embodiment is especially powerful for queer folks!
Thursdays from 6:30-8pm @ Mothership VT
