The results for Pride Center of Vermont’s 2024 2STLGBQIA+ Health and Wellness Survey are here! Over 425 Vermonters responded to questions ranging from basic demographic data to important research on our community’s lived experiences in healthcare, substance use, income, transportation, and more.
Surveys are important for our community because the data we collect can help ourselves and community partners have the most up-to-date knowledge of 2STLGBQIA+ Vermonters and their most urgent needs. Additionally, the 2024 Survey was specifically designed to understand the makeup of the diverse 2STLGBQIA+community in Vermont and receive feedback around Vermont’s healthcare system with the end goal to begin discussions on how to better the experience and expand health care services. Needs of a community and people change. Healthcare must do so as well to ensure quality of care.
