Living with HIV in Vermont has unique challenges. While we are blessed with excellent healthcare resources and medication access compared to most of the country, we also live in a state where fewer than 1000 people are living with the virus. Social isolation and HIV stigma have become two of the biggest hurdles poz people face on a daily basis.
