Vermont Diversity Health Project

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Vermont Diversity Health Project (VDHP) exists to improve the health and wellness of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) Vermonters by building bridges between healthcare providers and LGBTQ people throughout the state. Our goal is to help patients identify safe, affirming, supportive, and effective healthcare providers, and offer trainings and other support to enhance providers’ skill in working with LGBTQ people.

In being a part of VDHP, the practices identified below are committed to being a safe and affirming space for those in the LGBTQ+ community.

If you are a safe and affirming provider in Vermont, please sign up to be a part of VDHP here!

If you have had positive experiences with a provider in Vermont, please nominate them here! Your nominations help us find safe and affirming providers.

If you have any questions about VDHP or are looking for more support in finding the provider that’s right for you, please contact our VDHP team or call us at (802) 860-7812.
